Every time I visit Eugene, OR I look forward to practicing yoga in their beautiful, serene & healing studio. I’ve had serveral teachers and have loved all of them. I hope the locals realize what a gem they have in Mudra Yoga Studio ??

I really enjoyed the classes at Mudra Yoga, I have just decided to go to another studio that is closer to home. I do like the environment and the customer service was really good. Folks sitting at the front desk were very welcoming.

I really love this place. A lot. I discovered yoga here only two weeks ago. Having never even tried yoga at home before, knowing *not one* pose --I was a bit intimidated to "take the plunge" to say the least. I have had such a beautiful and enlightening experience here. I am obsessed with yoga now, practicing every day, attending as many classes as my schedule will allow, even ones slightly out of my reach. After several different classes, some of them fast-paced and strenuous, I knew I needed special direction so I wouldn't hurt myself.  I scheduled a one-on-one with Heather, Mudra's owner, after attending my first Steady Flow class with her. Heather has a really lovely, gracious, supportive and reassuring presence that makes being new here very relaxing. Her focus and attention to ensure that I don't injure myself was really thorough and compassionate. She reviewed a lot of poses with me, provided variations that will work best for my level as well as my post- surgery limitations and other problem areas of my spine. She made notes on print outs of the poses, specific to me and my needs to take with me. I use this every day to improve and keep myself safe. The one hour one-on-one was priceless to me.I get the feeling that Heather is very selective about who teaches here. All of the instructors have been really great. I love Aricha's healing spirit and Yoga Nidra classes. They are really special. She is so genuinely invested and enthusiastic. What at a beautiful marriage between yoga and meditation. I'm completely hooked and very grateful for it, and for Aricha. Thanks to Mudra's beautiful spirit and generous instructors I feel absolutely confidant in being completely out of my element. I am so very grateful that I chose this studio for my entry point into yoga. I may very well have gotten lost and discouraged anywhere else.
