    I can't say enough about the Auto Caller and Maximized Marketing in general. We are talking to more prospects, setting more appointments, and as a result we are selling more cars. When it comes to offering sales tools for our sales staff and Internet department this is the best things we've done as far as seeing real, tangible results that we can look at and honestly trace back and show how it has helped us make more sales and cut down on the number of deals we were missing in the past.

    This is a great service for anyone needing more reviews. We've been looking for a way to get consistent reviews for our dealership but could never make it work. Now our reviews basically take care of themselves and we also have the ability to address a bad review before it goes public. Not only can we save a relationship with a customer, we can also improve our CSI scores with the manufacturer by fixing the problem before the factory survey. Every car dealers needs something like this in place!

    Maximized Marketing. Wow what a difference. We finally found a company that knows how to get new customers to our doorstep with our good online reviews in their hands ready to try our brand. In the automotive industry we get calls every day from companies trying to sell us products to drive more traffic to our website or fix bad reviews -we bought those products, got nothing and when we questioned we were told we needed to add even more expensive products! Now when buyers look for our brand name they see us and our good reviews and the whole process is on autopilot! And it costs next to nothing! And they answer their phone instead of selling me and handing me off to a tech support number. I keep waiting for a catch but there isn't one. The main thing I can say about Maximized Marketing is they give you results and not a lot of fluff. Fiesta Kia would definitely recommend Maximized Marketing to any dealership that wants to improve their online presence and reputation!
