I just recently moved to Southington, and was happy to find seafood was close by. Finally made it here for happy hour and everything was great from the service and staff to the amazing seafood deals. I sat at the bar, ordered the special $6 happy hour French martini, 12 oysters ($1 each), 3 colossal shrimp ($2 each), and bruschetta with fresh mozz ($2), also received complimentary homemade breads, everything was phenomenal, the bread was so fresh, you could tell it was just baked, the oysters were succulent, and the shrimp were so tasty. After all of this I ordered a pickle martini to finish, which was garnished with 3 blue cheese stuffed olives and a pickle. We even got a lesson about catching lobsters and crab in CT and Maine from the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough great things about this place and my experience, and am already thinking about  when I can go back next week!

This place was kind of pricey, but worth it.  If I was a local my wife and I would be here too often. Everything my coworker and I ordered for lunch was really good.  The bar area was inviting, but not in the cards for a work visit. The service was friendly and welcoming.

In town for a job interview but wanted to take the time to enjoy NE food of my youth, lobster roll, oysters, whole belly fried clams. Found this seafood restaurant online so I took a chance. Staff friendly, helpful they go the extra mile. Had a great NE lobster roll with a dozen oysters. Just Great! Server worked with the chef to prepare a special container to reheat my take out fried clams. Worked great, delicious later. If I relocate to the are this is going to be a go to place for me. Give it a try. Their worth it.

Came here for my birthday, and I was wowed. Really wonderful food--no one at our table had any complaints, and my daughter and I were thrilled with our lobster dishes. I can't wait to go back.

First time visiting the area a few months ago, and came across this gem. The seafood is fresh, like you can literally taste the freshness. The clam chowder was the best I've had in New England. The waitress was very friendly and well-informed with the menu. She knew what she was talking about and was able to give us details on anything we asked without hesitation. I do foresee that we'll be coming back here in the near future.

The restaurant n market are divided at the entrance. One step to the right puts you into the bar area. It has a tv & minimal seating. Beyond that is restaurant seating. It is modern n clean. The prices are affordable (reasonable) & the food is fresh. For a Sunday it was not extremely busy so the the noise was down except for my wife singing to the music. The temperature outside is 46 degrees & the thermostat next to me is set to 66 so don't plan on taking off your coat. The combo plater & fish and chips are the same size.  We shared thinking it would feed two like Lenny & Joe's. The price is slightly less than two fish and chips so I guess it's justified.

If you are looking for the whole in the wall place with great food, you will find it here.  From the fried to the fresh this is the only place for seafood. Had falafel crusted halibut, never had anything like it. That alone is worth the 5 stars. You will not be disappointed. They also have a fresh fish stand. We have not bought anything to take home yet but I would bet it is high quality.

Wow, we live 10 minutes away from this place for over 50 years and this was our first time here. My wife and I ordered the fried seafood plater, it was excellent. Fresh, chrispy with a nice flavors. Great wait staff. We dined out doors on the parking lot patio. Very pleasant. We will be putting this place on our regulars list.
