Definitely will be back, poor bartender was stuck with working the entire restaurant.  But she was pleasant and doing her best.  Drinks and made well and easy on the wallet.  We ordered chips and bacon guacamole then the chicken nachos, decent enough.I'm giving 4  because the atmosphere is good, bartender cares and plenty of sports TV for everyone.

A nice place as is.... But on the 19th of July 2015.... Closing for 5 weeks for a new owner and remodel.  Bands are rumored once reopened.... Kind of suprising but anything new is always fun.  New name...Pepi's corner bar and grill.

While on vacation we stopped in for a quick dinner. Kelsey our server was great! Food was really good. The service was excellent.  The Powell family highly recommends The Surfin Cowboy!

Food was really good, we found this place while driving down pch. It's a really nice place to sit down and enjoy your food. They offer Cuban food as well. Definitely stopping by again next time I'm driving by.

Loved the environment while watching my Ducks game. They have huge TVs alongside the walls and bar with loud music. It was a nice first time.

One of the  nicer places in Capo Beach.  Good happy hour, good food, friendly staff and tons of big TV's.  Family friendly up to 9:00 pm approx.  Sliders are awesome and often on special.  Go Capistrano Beach!

Lily is a bar star. Thurs through Sun she works. Fantastic drinks, and remember when bartenders used to talk and listen to you? She gives that, and will pay attention to you. Great atmosphere, great drinks/food.

If your in the area, I would recommend this place. The food is pretty typical bar food but way better quality. Chips and bacon guacamole were real good. Burgers were big and juicy. Drinks were good, found out Long Islands are not part of Happy Hour. If you can hold out for Happy Hour, they have food and drink specials that are pretty good!! The bad things were the wings weren't fabulous and the service was a tad forgetful with the drinks.
