    I needed a new car the day I came in and as a first time buyer I needed a lot of guidance. A man named Brian greeted me and guided me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. He was amazing. Amazing place with great employees.

    Great!I went to Eastern Shore Toyota due to a recommendation request I posted on Facebook. Someone also recommended that we use Mark Dunham once we got to the dealership. I called Mark on the way there, he asked what we were interested in, he met us and got us coffee before we went to look at the vehicles he had already pulled up for us to see. This was a last minute trip to the dealership, even though we knew what we wanted we went thinking we were just going to look. Mark made the experience so relaxing and there was no pressure. Once we started talking numbers, it was just as easy and I got the vehicle and the price I wanted plus the added features of lifetime powertrain warranty that comes with all Eastern Shore vehicles...I jus couldn't pass it up. I drove off the lot that evening with exactly what I wanted with the price to match! I highly recommend Eastern Shore Toyota as well as working with Team Associate Mark Dunham!

    I have been vehicle shopping for about a month after my car was totaled. I did not want to buy a new car but was given no choice. I came upon a vehicle at Eastern Shore through a search engine website and was matched with Shetara. From the moment she made contact with me, I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable (as I often did at other dealerships I had visited). She was kind, knowledgeable, and worked through my very busy schedule. She responded to emails promptly and professionally. I am beyond impressed with the staff at this dealership.     No pressure service on a 2002 Toyota 4 Runner, then helped tremendously with financing a new one when that one was time to retire. They even were patient with my Autistic son who loved going through the car wash and took him through while I signed the papers to my new one. I cannot be thankful enough.

    My update is still positive. The service people are great and the WIFI is good.  BUT it seems their service department is now so popular it is hard to find a seat.  I went in for a scheduled oil change and 4 new tires.  I was told it would be about ninety minutes. I left 5 hours later (ugh), but with the need of lots of extra stuff - filters, blades, flushings, etc.It took way too long, but my car runs better than ever!Love the free water, coffee and WIFI.  Not sure how it could work but a free sandwich or ice cream cone for folks spending over an hour/$1000 would make it better.  It would also be nice to have a separate "quiet" lounge out of the crowd.

    Friendly staff and I love my Nissan Maxima. The only thing that could have improved my experience, would have been faster service. We spent almost 4 hours at the dealership.

    Great customer service on my purchase of new Corolla. Got a great finance deal and the salesman was professional and very fast. In and out in about 3 hours.
