As a professional health care individual and patient I am submitting this review.1. As a health care professional I have access to a host of Home Health care agencies, Accredited is the only agency I trust to provide the most professional, compassionate, services to our patients. They have never failed to provide the best care to the host of our patient population.2. Now as a patient recently completing 11hours of breast cancer reconstruction I used Accredited Home Health as my "go to agency". As a user, I was even more impressed. My wound care nurse and physical therapists were always on time, always concerned with my progress and always in touch with my providers. I never felt rushed during the visits.I was always convinced of Accredited's excellence, but having had a first hand experience, (I also used them several times for my father) I know I would Never select another agency, nor recommend another agency to friends or family. Since my use, I have recommended the agency to a close friend's mother for diabetic wound care. She is so greatful for their attention to her wound a degree of compassion.THIS IS THE ONLY GO TO HOME HEALTH AGENCY

We had Jamir help take care of my Husband who was bed bound, and he was absolutely amazing with him! He would listen to the physical therapist, take notes so he could exercise him when she wasn't around, he is now walking and starting to talk again after removing a brain tumor. We highly recommend Jamir and Accredited Home Care! Thanks

We have been very pleased with the nursing, therapy AND caregiver services we have received. Our caregiver is naturally part of the family but is still always looking for ways to HELP in our day to day activities with our family. We have peace of mind that my dads personal needs are taken care of, so that we can still be a family and take care of what we need to take care of. I will say that more than once, our calls to the nursing supervisor felt a bit harsh as we are in a very sensitive place right now, but talking to the caregivers supervisor, Andrew, is a delight- you can FEEL is genuine care and concern for our family, it means a lot!!!

Left Hip Total Replacement surgery was scheduled for June 26, 2017, two weeks affer my 70th birthday. With due diligence and a friend's recommendations (also a hipster), I informed my surgeon that I would like to use Accredited Home Health as the agency to provide home rehab services if necessary.Well, I needed that intervention. Forgive me for not remembering the names of the individuals that were so very kind and supportive to  facilitate the healing and rehabilitation of my hip.My overnight postoperative time at Cedars was expected and the following day a  gentleman visited me after breakfast. I was not in my right mind (pain drugs do that), but I do remember that he was kind and reassuring and explained simply that I would be contacted be by a therapist to pass the baton from the hospital to the ext step.Sure enough! The next day, George the Physical Therapist  calls me and we make plans.I had concerns about the therapy. A new hip and I'm hurting. Will the PT follow the precautions that the surgeon discussed with me?When George showed up, I was ready with my list of questions and precautions as well as ......  yes,  I was nervous.I never had a chance! George is a pro! By the time he had finished doing his initial assessment, my treatment plan was discussed, the anatomy of the hip was well explained, expectations, patience, and the feared initial treatment. George worked 4 weeks with me until I graduated to outpatient. My fears slowly declined as George put me through the phases. He just doesn't count reps and sets. He worked me...but never hurt me. 'A man has to know his limitations,' and George knew mine. I got to trust him from the start. I was provided with illustrated examples of the exercises for self practice and I'm still using them as part of my daily routine.mDuring the treatment period, I received follow up calls from the agency. Professional and nice. Even though every patient probably gets the same call, it's still nice! The transition from Accredited to outpatient was seamless with the West LA  office... Thank you Debra B.A second hip may be in the future, so I really want to thank Accredited for their stealth approach and will call them and know that I'm going to be taken care of with professional and persona care.Thank you.

I recently had my first ever surgery and needed a visiting nurse for wound care.  At first I was a bit apprehensive having someone come to my home. All of that apprehension disappeared as soon as I met Monika. She was extremely thorough, professional and most of all kind.  By the end of my care I felt as if it was a daily visit from a friend.

My mother was recently released from the hospital. Her MD set her up with some home health agency I had never heard of. I worked at Cedars-Sinai for 10 years before having children so I was familiar with many of the agencies. My mother had a serious wound that needed daily care. The agency nurse that came out was unaware of the special instructions my mom's doctor had faxed to the agency. She came totally unprepared. Her accent was so thick my mother could barely understand her. The nurse asked my mother if she had all the necessary supplies which she wasn't told she would need! My mother felt the nurse was impatient and uncaring. The process of filling out intake paperwork was extremely long and draining for my mother who was exhausted from a long hospital stay. She called me in tears feeling overwhelmed and frightened by the poor care she had received. A trusted friend in the healthcare industry recommended Accredited Home Health which was an immediately familiar name. In fact, I remembered having worked with a woman who was married to the director who is named Neil. I had met him on several occasions and felt he was a caring, competent person with complete integrity. I was sure we would receive better care from his agency than what we had just experienced. Unfortunately is was Friday afternoon and my mom would need to be seen on Sat and Sunday. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it all arranged in time. Well, after the first phonecall to Accredited, I knew everything was going to be fine. The woman I spoke to was so sharp and helpful that I was able to put my mom's mind at ease. She even understood that my mom really wanted someone who was easy to understand and talk to. After a fax from our MD to Accredited, it was all set. The wonderful nurse Margarette came as scheduled on Sat completely prepared, She brought all the necessary supplies and really helped my mom feel safe and well cared for. Accredited sent a bath aid, and a physical therapist as well. My mom was highly satisfied with all of them. As a working mother who would love to be with my mom daily during her recovery but can't be, it was a tremendous relief. I can't recommend Accredited highly enough.
