    Hancock Refrigeration has installed three Trane heat pumps for us over the last 25+ years. Most recently, Colt, Lee, and Robert showed up on time and went right to work on the installation. They worked well together and completed the job much sooner I than expected. They were also courteous and kept me informed of their progress. I definitely recommend this company.

    Our A/C unit suffered a refrigerant leak. This affected our broadcast equipment at WXMD 89.7 FM . Hancock quickly responded and got us up and working right away! Thank you for your fast service!

    Everyone was very Professional, efficient and made sure we had the best possible deal for what is a large investment! Colt and Lee the two technicians that came out and did the work were amazing they were quick, and made sure everything was done properly and running. Couldn't have asked for better service and company! Thank you

    I called at 10am on a Monday. Technicians arrived and fixed heat pump before 4pm same day. That's with replacing a capacitor and a motor. I was quite pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

    I have always used Hancock Refrigeration for my HVAC repairs. They are very honest and trustworthy. the most important thing to me is that they are always on time and professional. Beth schedules the appointments is always responsive to my emails and is also very professional. I would not use any other company for my HVAC repairs.
