Pure Motion’s Group Personal Training program is a “Semi-Private/Small Group” Personal Trainer-led workout that provides a total body fitness solution through an innovative 40 minute “cardio-resistance, functionally integrated, dynamic exercise session.” All Group Method sessions combine the disciplines of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercise, Pilates and Functional Exercise into a high energy, fun and time-efficient workout.

    Having moved away from the San Diego area for 15 years, and looking for that "perfect" training and especially training facility for that long of a time, I was hugely disappointed with what I found was out there and unfortunately, pleasantly-plump (ha!) and out of shape 63 year old. They often toned down the exercise and treated me like an old lady. After having moved back to SD, I once again signed up to get-my-butt kicked in the best workouts I know I can find, with Kevin Moses. Now I am a well honed, going to rock-a-bikini in December goal 64 year old!! I HIGHLY recommend moving from the comfort of your couch, your excuses as to why you "don't have to" and your "I don't wannas" to the well directed crunches and barbells of Pure Motion Fitness. If you are smart, I will see you there!

    I have been taking classes at Pure Motion for a few months now and definitely love the workout! There are different exercises every day and I can see a change in my body! Thank you!

    Kevin is a true professional! He is very caring of his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure their needs are met. He shares his knowledge about fitness and nutrition in a way that is highly effective for his clients success! I highly recommend Kevin and Pure Motion Fitness!

    Pure Motion Fitness has a friendly and knowledgable staff. Every workout is tough, thoroughly explained and demonstrated in order for everyone to understand what will be performed in each cycle of exercises. Personal training in a small group setting is awesome. I'm not only a member of Pure Motion Fitness but also a personal trainer myself, It's great to be pushed by others in the industry who I trust have the experience and knowledge to keep me at my best!

    Kevin and his team at Motion Fitness have been fantastic in working with me on healing an injury, flexibility, nutrition, and strength training. Motion Fitness has been very knowledgeable, responsible, thoughtful, and careful in each individual session and in their group classes.
