Hi Mr Slabjack, we are very satisfied with your company. Your crew Chris the Estimator, Jenna operations manager, and Steve & Craig who actually did the work were ALL friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Slabjack. Praises and Kudos to them all.

My only request would be to have the guys check in with me when then arrive or at least when they are finished. I like to know when I have vendors on the property . I did know because I heard them mid way through the job and thought they would let me know when they were finished and leaving,. Thank you

The people from Slabjack showed up when they said they would. Their bid was competitive. The job was done at my earliest convenience. With the exception of 1 crack the work was completed as planned. The 1 crack was caused by my vegetation, the guy who did the bid, the crew that did the work, and I looked at the vegetation and dismissed any effect it might have. Lesson learned; remove all vegetation touching any material that will move before the job starts.

The only issue was that they needed nearly twice as much material as estimated to raise my sportcourt back to level. However, Brian (the foreman) did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. This is the second time I've used Slabjack, and I unequivocally recommend them--great results and great customer service!

We are so appreciative of Slabjack! They fixed our handicap ramps in our parking lot. We are excited that our facility is now even safer and more accessible to everyone.

Work crew showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. The patio and driveway slabs were raised and re-aligned properly. However, there may be an issue with the garage floor. I thought it was raised to grade and the gap under the garage door minimized. After the work crew left, I took another look, and it appears the floor settled approximately a quarter of an inch. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me and arrange for a follow-up inspection. Thank you.

Everything went as quoted and at a rate much lower than the competition.

Overall I was happy with the service. I understand that there are unforeseen circumstances with raising concrete, but I was just a bit disappointed that the concrete section closest to the front door wasn't raised and all of the cracks are still visible. There were two areas that were intended to be fixed. The main section was raised up and the second section was just not much improvement (which I know is hard to tell how it will react).
