Great. Helped determine what needed to be done now and what could wait until next oil change.

My wife's car mysteriously died and was towed to West Seattle Autoworks after hours. The crew had her fixed and back on the road the next day!

My rear brakes were making noise and I needed an oil change, so I made an appointment online via WS Autoworks website (very convenient) and was able to get in only 2 days later!. I assumed I'd be paying a bunch of money, but I received a call back saying that I still had about 40% of my brakes left and they were probably making noise because of dirt, age, etc. You guys have always been so honest and ethical in my dealings with you!

I stopped in on very short notice in need of a hood release cable and oil change. They turned it around the same day. Friendly and courteous service to boot. What's not to love.

Despite the cost; I am so glad the car runs the best it has in a long time! I am saving up for the brake work now :-)

I stopped by for the first time ever with a burned out headlight on my Audi. Replacing a headlight is not as easy as it used to be and xenon headlights for Audi’s are not available at the corner gas station either. The guys at West Seattle autoworks were available to help when I pulled in, determined what bulb I needed and had a bulb installed in about twenty minutes, charged me for the bulb but not anything for installing it and had me on my way in less than a half hour. Wow!
