I wanted to hug everyone in the shop, a little dramatic but hey they did a great job. I went to a few other places to check out prices no one had lower, steve at the front was so helpful to the point where he gave me a whole printout of what I needed, what would be getting fixed, and how much for all the indiviual things I needed. Like how great is that. You know what you're paying for. They had it done ina timely manner, no stalling around, even let me check it out while being worked on! The final touch would be the little extras that they do for you. You'd have to go to find out They really go the extra mile, very pleased.

These guys stand by their work and then some.I had some rust work done a little less than a year ago and the paint started showing signs of bubbling (not any of their initial work caused this). I called Mike's up and spoke to Steve. He had me come right down to check it out. He pointed out a bunch of other stuff and made an appointment right away. Their team went above and beyond the warranty stipulations and charged a fair price for the additional work they found was needed. There are not many businesses out there with credible customer service these days, but Mike's team is awesome. If you want great quality work and excellent customer service look no further. Give these guys a call. I'm a customer for life.

The only place I bring my car to. Mike and his guys are always helpful and honest. I have gone multiple times and Mike was nice enough to tell me the names of other places they work with that do something for cheaper. Only place I trust they aren't going to rip me off completely. Mike's auto is a great garage for a great price

hello, im interested in a major collision repair estimate.my car would have to arrive via flatbed as it is no longer drivable.you seem to have a wealth of knowledge in this field, a stellar reputation for your work and it is well known that you are a true man of god. with these remarkably rare qualities, i would believe that your opinion of the quote it would take to repair my car would be of the up most in quality and fairness.what would you recommend i do as far as repairs? would it be possible to get an estimate on this damage or would that be a conflict of interest?my pontiac g6 gxp that was shipped here from las vegas needs major repairs, however the budget is just over $4500.00, because that is what liberty/pilgrim insurance has offered to pay my for this damage. quoted from mikesautobodyservice.com:"mike's auto body collision repair and xpress car rental in fall river ma are your one stop for personal service."this damage was caused by a male driver d.o.b. 04/24/1984 he was driving a 2005 gray acura tsxmassachusetts registration "6ttr50"vin# JH4CL96825C015741belonging to xpress courtesy corp 535 bay street, mathat male driver had a suspended licence, along with multiple driving infractions on his driving record, including leaving the scene of an accident death resulting!!this driver hit my parked car on a 25mph road so hard and far, it almost went through my neighbors house.that driver received a fine from the courts for just over a $600.00 fine and i'm left with a mangled rare car.i'm left wondering how does someone without a valid license go about driving a vehicle owned by and registered to a company that rents out limos and coach busses and is affiliated/owned by an auto body company?i do however know that the insurance company xpress courtesy corp has to cover damages "lancer/pilgrim" knows how to duck and dive, because im still chasing after that crappy offer they gave me.first they gave me an offer for a 2008 g5. yet my car is a 2008 g6 gxpspec's are as followed for the incorrect vehicle:2008 g5's are 2 door coupes with a 4cyc engine:mpg: up to 24 city / 33 highwayhorsepower: 148 to 171 hpfuel tank capacity: 13 galcurb weight: 2,991 lbsengine: 2.2 l 4-cylinder, 2.4 l 4-cylinderkelly blue book:fair market range$3884-$5469suggested retail$5165°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°the actual vehicle that was hit is a 2008 g6 it is a 4 door sedan with 6 cyc engine:mpg: 17 city / 26 highwayhorsepower: 252 hp @ 6,300 rpmtowing capacity: 1,000 lbsengine: 3.6 l v6curb weight: 3,545 lbsdimensions: 189″ l x 71″ w x 57″ htire size: p225/50r18kelly blue book:fair market range$5816-$8133suggested retail$7225(my car came from las vegas, so kelly blue book value is higher then value shown above using the orignal zip my car came from just 18 months prior)°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°pilgrim wants to give me $5267.00 and they take my totaled car.ori can keep my car and they will pay me $4967.00.maybe you could elaborate on how i got the offer for a 2008 g5 2 door coup(in wrighting and in hand)from someone who aparently went out and looked at my 4 door car.a car that is actually a 2008 g6 gxp.when pointed out to the insurance company that the car model and trim that they had quoted payment for was actually incorrect due to the car actually being a 2008 g6 gxp,(a far superior car as far as power and options go) the quoted they originally offer stayed the same.. being an auto body shop that displays such beautifully repaired rare and out of production mopar's on your website, and then adding in my late fathers love of his cherished 1966 gto, i'm hoping you would have some insight on bringing back to life my beautiful "last of the brand" pontiac g6 gxp...what would you recommend i do as far as repairs? would it be possible to get an estimate on this damage or would that be a conflict of interest?

The first time I had work done on my car here was last October.  I was a bit put off by the political sticker on the door and the hyper-Christian vibe, but was so impressed with Steve's customer service and the quality work done that, when I was recently was in an accident and needed more extensive work done, it was not a difficult decision to return.  I'm so glad I did.To say that Mike's goes above and beyond is a gross understatement.  I was thrilled to learn that Mike's also offers rentals.   The transition from dropping off my vehicle and heading off in a replacement was seamless.  Prior to doing so, though, I received a call from Steve informing me that the car I was going to rent had some damage on the door and was I okay with that.  I thought it was very nice of them to give me a heads up. Once they had my vehicle, Steve was in regular contact with updates regarding insurance interaction, parts, etc.  It was very comforting being kept in the loop.  Once the car was ready, I was told to pick it up the next morning, but to give it an extra half hour because Mike was going to take it for its inspection sticker as it was going to expire the end of the month. Really?  That was awesome, an extra bonus that only adds to the thoroughness of service. When I got in the car, I would swear it was detailed. The car was spotless and had that clean, new car smell. I was floored, never expected that.I did have to go back to have something on the car tweaked, but again, I was told to go in as soon as I was able and the work was ready in about 30 minutes.  Steve explained to me in detail what had happened and how it would be fixed.  I also got an estimate for some cosmetic work I may want to do in the future.  It's a no brainer I will return to Mike's for whatever work I need as well as refer anyone needing this kind of vehicle service.  All the good I read about this place is true and then some.  Couldn't be happier.
