We began using waterborne paint back in 2008; today, more than 70% of vehicles use waterborne base coating and treatments. Thanks to having this technology, we are also able to better match metallic size, and have dropped our emissions during the finishing process by a whopping 50%. But we’re not satisfied with that, so we continue to improve all our processes to make them as green as we can. At North Haven Auto Body, Customer Service is just as important to you and your vehicle as are proper repairs. We believe that nobody should have to call us for updates. IT IS OUR JOB TO KEEP YOU INFORMED!! We give updates daily or every other day, based on your vehicle and the way you want your updates: phone text or email. We want you engaged and active in your repair process, so if you see anything that isn’t the way you want it, let us know!

    Great communication. Great service. Most importantly phenomenal job.I was rear ended by a drunk driver who hit my car so hard, my bumper detached from my car (it's build on, hard to explain, just google 2016 grand touring cx3, you'll see what I'm talking about). Long story short, the insurance (drunk woman's) was giving them a hard time, so I ended up staying with the rental for a few more days than anticipated free of charge. Throughout the entire process I was called and notified of all the steps they took to fix my car. God forbid, but if I needed to get my car fix again, I would come here, without hesitation.

    North Haven Auto Body repaired the front fender and right door on my red Tesla.  The experience was great.  They do a review and appraisal of the needed work and give you a detailed estimate.  Once you choose them you get an assigned representative who notifies you each step of the way on the status of the repair and if any additional work is needed.  The work went as expected and the car looks like new.  They are also Tesla Certified so even better because the car has sensors throughout that need to be minded when someone is working on the vehicle.A great experience for me.

    Had previous experience a number of years ago with a repair to a family member's car and thought the results were great (to my  memory).  Matched a paint job I didn't think possible (but what do I know...not in this line of work!).  Anyway, now it's my turn for a spendy front end repair (thank you Pennsylvania parking lot curbing...the tallest in the region as far as I can tell...good cheese-grater performance while still buckling rubber/plastic like a WWE wrestler...impressive).  Was only going in for an estimate based on my history and found my insurance carrier (Travelers) has a concierge office right in the business.  That interaction went so well I decided to just put the claim through and schedule a fix in a few weeks.  Unless the work is intolerable you'll see nothing further here (no news is good news); but expecting top-notch results as I've known NHAB for.

    I was recommended to this body shop by Geico after hitting a deer and damaging my car.  Dropping it off was great, little bit of wait to meet with someone, however they were busy that morning.  Everything was explained and how the process would work and Enterprise got me a good ride for a rental and are located on site.  Every few days I would get a call updating me on the progress and an estimated day of completion.  Took just under two weeks but when I picked it up it looked great again.  I was very impressed with the work that was done and even more impressed that they cleaned the exterior and interior leaving it cleaner then when it was dropped off.  Highly recommend NHAB for any body work.

    I arrived with gloom over an 8 inch scratch (down to the metal) on the diver's door of my beautiful A7. Although without an appointment, I was greeted promptly and professionally . No sooner seated in a clean welcoming lounge I met with an appraiser about my problem. He suggested that I wait a few minutes while his shop had a look at the scratch. After no more than 15 minutes a service supervisor said my car was ready. My car is ready !? I looked in disbelief at a door without any hint of a scratch ! North Haven Autobody said they were happy to help and there was no charge. This truly was an unbelievably great experience. I know where i"m going in CT when I have a "body shop" need ! Thanks again , North Haven Body Shop.

    North Haven Auto Body went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again! They were also very helpful in the whole process of dealing with a somewhat difficult insurance company which made a stressful situation a bit easier on me. As a mother of a young child my time is limited and valuable and they respected that whole heartedly. I would recommend them to anyone and have complete trust in their expertise.

    Had a great experience with North Haven Auto Body after my car was backed into at work. I was able to drop it off after work the same day and get into a rental from Enterprise, Jessie and his trainee were wonderful and were able to get me into a great vehicle.  Antoni from Geico assessed my car, he was friendly and helpful the entire time and made sure to answer any questions that I had, after working with him I felt that my car was in good hands.  My car was finished by the end of the next day, Meggan at the front desk updated me the entire time that my car was in the shop to keep me up to date with the progress. My car came out beautifully, I am so happy with the finished product. You can't even tell that there was any damage there, I can't thank the team that worked with me and on my car enough.
