We visited there and we liked there a lot. Finesse helped us to find a good apartment and even stayed until late night since I should drive from Everett after work.

Running an apartment campus is tough. Given the wildly diverse mix tenants, the building maintenance and leasing office are only a small part of the job. It's the human interactions that are challenging. A new but experienced on-site leasing and management team (Calibrate) has come on board. The new team is working hard to ensure a more organized office. I've probably worked with each one of the new staff, and have found each of them to be competent, caring, and professional. Each one of them has a different personality: exuberant, shy, outgoing, reserved, funny, patient, quiet, life of the party. All of them have treated me professionally and with respect.Pros:- Front office staff - experienced, professional staff- Maintenance staff - on it (thanks for the new microwave)- Concierge - oh, heck yeah!- Apartments - clean, clean, clean, sound proof, and well-maintained- Property - beautiful and quiet (see construction below)- Hyatt coffee shop right next door- Coulon Park out the front doorWishes:- Calibrate - Please keep the current staff. Staff turnover under the old owner was painful and this is now a good crew we now have on board.- (Some) dog owners - geez, use the pet areas rather than the landscaping- Construction - almost done, weekdays are almost back to normalI'm leaving a four star because (as for all of us) there is always room to improve. Gold star, Bristol."When customers share their story, they're not just sharing pain points. They're actually teaching you how to make your product, service, and business better."- Kristin Smaby, "Being Human is Good Business"

My husband and I moved to The Bristol the middle of July, 2017, and we are so thankful that we found this idyllic spot to call home!  After many years of living in downtown Bellevue, we hoped to live on the waterfront, and this community has not disappointed us in any way.  The Leasing staff, Management and Maintenance staff are professional and responsive, and our Concierge service is first class.  And of course, our apartment is lovely!  We've found the community to be so friendly, so quiet, and so readily accessible to the beauty of Lake Washington, Coulon Beach Park, shopping at The Landing, not to mention the new Hyatt Regency Lake Washington on site and our very own Peyrassol Cafe for the occasional dining out experience without getting in our car.  We encourage you to visit the property if you're looking for a new home, it's a well-kept secret that I've decided to share!

The Bristol has to be the nicest property of all of its competitors on South Lake Washington! It's not a brand new building but it offers all of the amenities that the new properties in Renton have with character and at the right price! It is competitively priced for a resort style, waterfront property in the area. The folks in the leasing office are always friendly and available to help when I need it. Maintenance staff always corresponds with me in a timely manner regarding service requests. If you're looking for an upscale apartment community in Renton, check it out!

The Bristol at Southport is an amazing place to call home. At the Bristol you have it all, Its right on the water, early mornings are the best. If you cant sleep and your up right at sun rise, you can walk down to the water front and watch as the eagle's swoop down from the trees and hunt for their morning breakfast. Its like discovery channel at your front door. I feel like its a small little family here. I have not met  a mean soul. The staff is also very helpful. With the Bristol you feel like they really care. Especially Sharon!

We have lived at the Bristol for about 16 months and I REALLY want to give it 5 stars! But alas, I cannot. The Bristol is billed (and rents reflect) as a Luxury Apartment Complex and the apartment finishes are just fine. Part of why we moved here was for the proximity to the lake and access to the docks. The waterfront docks and the furniture on them are in rough shape. At move in, we were told new furniture would be coming yet this past spring when I asked about it, we were told the Bristol no longer owns the docks. Ownership of the docks, which we felt we were paying a premium to have included, has been transferred to the Hyatt Hotel next door. There is NO air conditioning in the units and the complex is "pet friendly". Some might say that is good but not all people living here are responsible pet owners (phew in the stairwell and stains on the carpets). The fitness center is GORGEOUS and we do enjoy it, but they are inconsistent at best with providing water and towels, which again was touted as a benefit we were paying for when we moved in. The spa / hot tubs and common rest rooms are lovely, but the BBQs are old and dirty and we have never felt ok using them. IF I COULD LEAVE A SEPARATE RATING FOR THE OFFICE STAFF, it would easily be 5+ stars!!! Sharon is a gem, and every interaction we have had with her has been exemplary! She has a heart for service and the Bristol is lucky to have her! The concierge, Curtis, is friendly and meets every request with a smile and the other office staff are friendly and professional. The rents are HIGH, ours is over $2200/month + parking and utilities for a 2 bedroom. The proximity to the lake and Coulon Park, as well as the convenience to The Renton Landing is really what has kept us here this long.

I have lived at the Bristol for 4 months now and really have enjoyed living here.  Love my apartment, being so close to the water/beach park and shopping!  I very much appreciate the professional & friendly staff. Maintenance crew does an AWESOME job keeping the community/building clean and smelling great!  Yes, although the construction is a pain, it could be a lot worse in other communities:)  Keep up the good work and thank you all for what you do:) Happy Fall :)
