This place was such a life-saver for me today! After I noticed a big lump on the side of my dwarf hamster's body, I went into panic mode. It hadn't been there yesterday and for something to develop that large and that quickly really scared me. I was thinking the worst - is it cancer? Am I going to go to a vet only to hear that there's nothing to be done for my little gal? After calling tons of vets in Tulsa, I was referred to All Creatures (shout-out to Ranch Acres Vet for referring me!). They had had a cancellation and were able to get me in immediately after I called, which I was so thankful for, as the only other hamster vet I could find couldn't get me in until Monday. It was 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon, so the fact that they got me in already made me think highly of this place. The receptionist was very easy-going and friendly, and she gave me an up-front baseline for the cost when I arrived. After filling out a quick sign-in sheet, I was sent to an exam room, and Dr. Setser came in promptly to check out my fur child. He was really gentle with her and friendly with me - you can tell her really cares about what he does! He took her to the back to do a needle aspiration of her lump and came and talked to me in great detail about his thoughts and how we should proceed. He was extremely kind, yet honest and professional in his treatment plan for my little hamster. The thing I appreciated most was that it didn't feel like he was in a hurry, it felt like he cared - he held my hamster in a little towel and petted her to calm her down, he talked to her and played around with her a little bit. I felt like he genuinely cared about her well-being. When discussing treatment options, he told me what he would do if it was his hamster, and it felt very genuine. Overall, I would absolutely go back to this place again and again. It's especially great if you're looking for someone to care for a small or more unique pet because veterinarians for those animals are tough to find. They were very knowledgable and friendly and it was definitely a 5 star experience that gave me a lot of peace of mind today!

All Creatures Veterinary Hospital specifically Dr Mark Setser is the ONLY veterinarian my family uses. Dr. Setser is absolutely the most knowledgeable and caring vet I have ever met. This man puts animals first. Almost every veterinarian I've ever met seems to care more about how you can pay, Not Dr Setser. I have used All Creatures for many years and will only use them for years to come. "God Bless Dr. Setser and all the staff.

Amazing staff has helped us with multiple fur babies. Dr. Setser and Dr Scott are so kind and knowledgeable they are like Dr Doolittle they just always know exactly what my little guys are trying to say. Thank you all so much for the fast, friendly, kind service you've given our family over the years.

Please read this review all the way through in order to receive a complete, comprehensive analysis of my experience with All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. My bearded dragon died within 30 minutes of being released. I took my bearded dragon to the location on Harvard Ave because he was refusing to eat and was thinning out real bad. He started acting really strange so I took him in and he was seen by Dr. Rust. I'm not sure if Dr. Rust was just rusty when it came to diagnosing bearded dragons or what but he really didn't seem to know much about them or what could possibly be wrong with them. Getting answers out of him about possibilities was worse than pulling teeth, and all he did was just regurgitate what I told him. His diagnosis? Malnutrition. Last I checked, malnutrition was a common, obvious side effect of not eating, but hey, what do I know? I was forced to pepper him with questions because he really didn't seem to know what he was doing so he really didn't want to talk about my bearded dragon and the longer we were standing there the more apparent it became. After my bearded dragon passed away, I attempted to call the owner, Dr Setzer, to discuss the matter with him and also to inform him about the poor service I had received (because I figured having vets working in a hospital that didn't know what they were doing was kind of a big deal) and I never heard back from him. I called on several different occasions, spoke to three different receptionists who all told me he was in the building, but they'd send me over to his answering machine (that was about all they could do though, in all honesty.) I left multiple messages just simply summarizing the matter and explaining that I'd like to discuss the matter further with him but I never heard back from him. Long story short: poor, incompetent service, and lackluster post sale customer service. One thing I would like to mention is that while I was waiting in the waiting room to be seen, I saw a different vet handle another bearded dragon and he seemed quite knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. I didn't catch his name, but he was younger (I'd say late 20's to mid 30's) with brown hair. If you're going to go to this hospital for care of exotic animals, search for this man and refuse any service from Dr. Max Rust. **Update as of 6/29/2016** I heard back from Dr. Setzer today and I'd say he definitely rectified the situation. He apologized multiple times for my poor experience and my loss. He also took full responsibility for his part in this situation (which is quite respectable in my opinion, especially seeing how most owners would attempt to work around it without apologizing for their role, no matter how big or small.) He clarified that Dr. Rust is more experienced with Cats and Dogs, but he expressed interest in other animals as well so he's starting to dabble in the care of other animals. I am not discouraging anyone from seeing Dr. Rust, particularly if you have a dog or cat, as he is polite and willing to help you in any way he can, and I'm sure he is quite knowledgeable when it comes to the care of common domestic pets. During the phone conversation I had with Dr. Setzer, he proved to me that he is very knowledgeable in the care of a wide array of animals, and he also proved that, in regards to my inability to reach him, I was a customer who was merely caught in a web of miscommunication. Miscommunication is a common thing in the business world, but I have no doubt in my mind that Dr. Setzer is going to do his best to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Long story short: I would recommend All Creatures Veterinary Hospital to anyone who needs their furry and/or exotic family members taken care of, and I myself with take my furry friends to be seen by the Veterinarians at All Creatures Veterinary Hospital the next time they need it.

Outstanding, everyone was so friendly. All creatures saved our dog Wolf's life. They called us to let us know how Wolf was doing while hospitalized, and also while at home. They were in constant communication with us, even throughout the night. Best experience that we have ever had. Everyone seems to care a great deal, and we would refer anyone to them.
