    We are so pleased with SS...we've been customers with the spring/fall maintenance program for the last 3 years...they have been excellent...last month it was finally time to replace the air/heating unit...Cody explained options...finally decided on the American Standard Seer 18 unit...it is great...SS, Cody and his installation crew did a fantastic job with installation...they are polite, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was correct and all questions answered...THX CODY AND SS!

    Came out right away when our AC stopped working and we weren't even established customers yet. Got our unit fixed same day!

    Great Service! These guys are the best! We had to replace our hvac system and they all came together to get it done in one day. Superior Service is professional, friendly and provides quality service. Highly recommended!

    I had a downstairs unit replaced at the beginning of June. I am a pessimist by nature, so I have waited for the “other shoe” to drop before I wrote a review. Guess what? No shoe. Superior Service should teach professionalism seminars to other companies in their field. From estimate (Paul) to installation (Too many names to mention) they did what they said they would do, on time, and they executed meticulously. What a pleasure it was to do business with Superior Service.

    Had Cody and Brandon out on Friday - last minute call before would could have been a very HOT weekend. Not only was I able to get some one out at an inconvenient time for every other AC service in the area- but they were awesome. Personable, professional, knowledgeable... I was very pleased with the service all around. So pleased that I signed up for the Comfort Club. That is something I would normally NEVER do but the service was so awesome I went ahead and signed up! THANK YOU!

    I called mid-day hoping to get an appointment in the next day or two. SS sent James out an hour later, He did an amazing job in identifying the problem, took time to make sure the job was done right, and paid attention to every detail (even cleaning my filter covers). I was so thankful for his knowledge and kind delivery of services.

    I had a great experience. Same day service, which is almost unheard of with the heat! Cody and Brandon were very thorough, and were good to explain what they were doing before they did it, just to make sure I was ok with everything. They even located a gas leak and repaired it! I'm thankful I called Superior out, and will use them in the future.

    I began working with Superior Service about 2-1/2 years ago. I missed a couple of tune-ups, felt embarrassed and was afraid to call them. But I thought about the last time they serviced my 2 units so I called them. Heather was very understanding and arranged for James to come out this morning, 7/6/17. James was undaunted, professional, and very knowledgeable in all areas of this profession as he worked hours to bring my system up to par. Thanks Superior team for another good experience.

    Kudos to James. He installed a valve and catch pan under one of our units today. He was very professional and courteous. He represented Superior in a most positive way.

    My plan was to get 3 bids. I did my online research on service companies and the different manufacturers, which I suggest everyone do. I was lining up my 3rd bid when a coworker of mine told me I should include Superior Service in my search for new heating and air units. I called them on Sat., they came out Sun. morning then emailed me my options later that day. I compared my 3 bids. I had a few questions so I called the owner that day and he answered all my questions. Install done Monday.
