Hello, Our names are Jimmy and Jalene Welzig. We are the owners of Welzig Heating and Air. I started our company in 1994, along side my bride Jalene, after working in this industry for many years prior. We are family owned and operated, located in Longmont. We have made Longmont our home since 1974. We have 5 children together, Casey (1988), Cassy (1990), Wyatt (1998), Grace (2001), and Faith (2009). We incorporate trust and our high standards in every aspect of our business. I firmly believe the difference between a good company and a bad company is how they respond to the customer. At Welzig, we have developed a system with a high standard of procedures, extensive training for all our team members, and the latest technology, in order to give you, our valued customer, the highest quality customer service. Our technicians, installers, and office personnel are required to take the latest technical training, classes, and certifications. We have built our own state-of-the-art training center for our technicians and office personnel. In addition to that, Welzig provides and requires NATE certifications and factory training. Every job is unique and personalized, so we build custom fittings for your home right here in our extensive fabrication shop. All employees that show up at your home will be clearly marked in a Welzig Uniform, insured and bonded, and have the correct tools and training to complete the job in a timely and professional manor with the smile you have grown to expect.     I really appreciate the detailed notes on the invoice, the quick service, the accuracy of the diagnosis, the work that was done, and the communications that were sent to me along the way. You guys have the whole experience dialed in really well right now. You can’t say that about many companies anymore. I just want you to know that I really noticed these things and place tremendous value upon them. At this point I am likely a lifelong customer and will recommend you to everyone I know.

    We want to thank Johhny H for coming to our rescue last week when our air conditioning could not keep up with the 100 degree temperatures. He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us options to fix the problem and after recharging our A/C everything was working great. We have been customers of Welzig for the past 20 years.     Last Friday during the +100* heat wave, our AC died. We had an urgent business need to fix the system ASAP and get the house cooled down to a tolerable temperature. Welzig’s phone rep was wonderful, grasping the urgency and putting our job in the queue for same-day service. When serviceperson Michael showed up, he went to work immediately, diagnosing the problem and fixing it, despite it being late on a Friday afternoon. Welzig gets my hearty recommendation and all future business. Thank you

    I have been most pleased with Welzig service over the years. Today Tyler and Bill replaced a leaking pressure valve on my boiler. It was a difficult area to reach on the back panel close to a wall, and somehow they accomplished this. Welzig technicians are the best.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Welzig Heating & Air Service Technician, Tyler Malicoate, for the awesome service job he did on our AC system today. It started with a pre-call, on time arrival and friendly greeting. Tyler was very polite and respectful (shoe covers!) upon entering the house. I found him to be well trained with a great knowledge of our AC system. He is a great communicator and answered all the questions. He is certainly an asset to the Welzig Team! Thank you, Dan W.
