Hello, Our names are Jimmy and Jalene Welzig. We are the owners of Welzig Heating and Air. I started our company in 1994, along side my bride Jalene, after working in this industry for many years prior. We are family owned and operated, located in Longmont. We have made Longmont our home since 1974. We have 5 children together, Casey (1988), Cassy (1990), Wyatt (1998), Grace (2001), and Faith (2009). We incorporate trust and our high standards in every aspect of our business. I firmly believe the difference between a good company and a bad company is how they respond to the customer. At Welzig, we have developed a system with a high standard of procedures, extensive training for all our team members, and the latest technology, in order to give you, our valued customer, the highest quality customer service. Our technicians, installers, and office personnel are required to take the latest technical training, classes, and certifications. We have built our own state-of-the-art training center for our technicians and office personnel. In addition to that, Welzig provides and requires NATE certifications and factory training. Every job is unique and personalized, so we build custom fittings for your home right here in our extensive fabrication shop. All employees that show up at your home will be clearly marked in a Welzig Uniform, insured and bonded, and have the correct tools and training to complete the job in a timely and professional manor with the smile you have grown to expect.     If there was a sixth star I would have checked that one. Welzig is simply the best. I have a somewhat complicated residential HVAC system with two AC unites and two air handlers. I needed someone that understands this system, knows how to diagnose the problem and get the system back up and running in a timely manner. All of the technicians that I have met and conversed with are all of the highest caliper. Well trained, polite and honest. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

    Hi, We had our semi annual maintenance serviced by Johnny Hoyt on June 5. Johnny was extremely professional and knowledgeable when performing this service.     Tyler Malicoate serviced our air conditioning today and was most efficient in his work. He communicated his findings to us and was easy to understand. Tyler was friendly and definitely wanted us to be pleased with his work, which we were! We will definitively request Tyler to return in the fall for our heating service.     I had Welzig come out to look at my water heater. Jonny was the tech that came out and he got my water heater up in running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional... Thank you..

    Today we had Chris Scott do our regularly scheduled maintenance visit. Chris was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding his craft. Sometimes it was hard to talk, because we have a very barky loud dachsund who was not cooperating and making noise. However, we worked around that problem. Did a good job!!!!!!!

    Welzig installed a 50 gallon water heater. They scheduled quickly, even tho our water heater was still in working condition. Kevin Chavira was our installer. Kevin did a wonderful job! He was so pleasant, friendly, answered all questions, and completely cleaned the area before leaving. Thank you!

    I've been getting regular service from Welzig for over a decade. I've been happy with their work but Johnny's visit today was a cut above. He really dug deep, explained his findings, and offered appropriate fixes for everything. He is the best tech we've had so far. Thanks for a job well done.

    I've been a customer with Welzig for about 5 years. I love their maintenance plan that helps to keep my AC & Furnace running smooth. Plus increase the life of it. One of Welzig's new service techs (Johnny Hoyt) was here for the yearly AC maintenance. I was really please that he took his time to insure the unit was in good shape and treated it like it was his own home unit. He pointed out one issue with my coil and fixed the problem quickly. Appreciate your dedication and good work Johnny.

    I had installed a much needed new furnace as a Mother's Day gift for myself. With a few hiccups along the way because I live in a mobile home, space was limited. The techs, Guillermo ,Austin,Tyler, Chris Erik and David were awesome and willing to explain all my questions. When going under the house, they discovered a water leak which I had taken care of. They care about their service and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend Welzig and will spread the word.
