Great experience, great doctors! Love it! They really treated my dog fantastic, he broke his hip, they treated him immediately, X-ray and lots of love. He's doing 100 times better. I really appreciate the care and time they took for him. Especially since we were a walk in.

The staff is very kind and professional. The other day, I needed my pets medical records and they got back with me within the same day- I was impressed! My only complaint is that it is very expensive and they want your pet to have every vaccination possible, which is great, but 6 shots in one day that are each approx. $30 or more adds up and is hard on your pet.

I read the reviews, I was skeptical but after taking my baby while visiting the area I had to write a review in efforts to help turn their rating around. The current yelp rating is not an accurate measurement of the service the staff and doctors here at Staring Plaza have. I was not even from the area and they made me feel comfortable and at ease with their knowledgeable staff and kind service. They really made me feel at ease. I am very happy I took Maggie here and I am very appreciative of everyone. Thank you for your service!

Being new to the Baton Rouge area finding a Vet was very easy. Dr. Mouton and his staff are outstanding when it comes to your Pet's health and well being. They are very thorough and gentle when examining your pet. The prices are extremely fair for the excellent quality care given to your pet. Dr. Mouton and his staff are very caring and understanding of your pets needs and explain in great detail the pros/cons of what is going on with your pets health. Great place for all your of pet's health care needs.

I am accustomed to taking my pets in for an annual visit, unless a health issue or injury occurs in the interim. In the last few years, I am told that my pet(s) should come in at least semi-annually. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but as a rule I don't do it because of the expense. Now, when I bring my pets in for whatever reason, I'm told, "your pet is due for this". It seems like they're never not due for something. When I brought my dog Benny in for a follow-up injection that is part of ongoing treatment for a torn crucia, I was not told beforehand that there would also be a "prof exam/consult (Reck)" fee. While I do not question the medical value of these procedures, they add up. I was told there will be follow up visits. Unless Benny's condition gets worse, I don't see the need for these. I was already given a course of action to follow. There seems to be an aggressive marketing strategy for veterinary care in recent years. Medical care & staff at SP are great

The doctors and staff are wonderful and friendly. They always remember our dog's name. I always feel comfortable boarding him. He sometimes doesn't want to leave. A great veterinary clinic.
